## Questions about prices and licences

### Are the prices one-time or yearly?

One-time. You buy a perpetual licence for one computer. The first year of updates and support is included; after that, maintenance is optional at 20% of the licence price per year. Without it, your installed version keeps running.

### Is there a limit on devices, tags or drivers?

No. Every licence includes all drivers and has no device or tag limit.

### Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. A new installation runs with every feature and module for 30 days without a licence. Tell us through the form and we will send you the download.

### How is the licence delivered?

Offline: the software shows a machine code, you send it to us and receive a licence text to paste in. The machine needs no internet connection.

### What if the computer is replaced?

Send us the new machine code and we issue the licence again. After a sudden failure, a short emergency licence keeps the replacement running until then.

### Do the prices include VAT?

No. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT, sales tax and other local taxes.
